Management of a teacher development programme
For five years I managed a teacher development programme to provide an induction into the teaching profession for new university lecturers. I was not only responsible for keeping the programme running, but I also coordinated the redevelopment of the programme to focus on key competencies of a lecturer as they were relevant to the university.
